All Trips

1. The prices stated above are inclusive of GST.

2. An online deposit will be taken at the time of booking. If you provide 48 hours notice or if weather prevents the trip being taken on the day, the option to reschedule will be provided at no cost or the trip deposit is fully refundable minus an online processing fee (approx 3%) which is not recoverable by Fish Tutukaka.

3. We will call you within a day of your online booking to confirm details and personalise your itinerary to ensure you have the best experience with us.

4. The balance of the booking is due the day before you take your trip. You will be emailed an invoice with payment details shortly after you book your trip.

5. Please bring your own drinks and snacks. For the 8 hour Explore trip we provide hot drinks on board to warm you up after swimming.

6. We have a small BBQ that is available on request for all 8 hour + trips. It takes up room so numbers on board needs to be considered (particularly if around the 10-12 mark), please discuss this with Luke. Fine weather is required for it to function, so final decision to take it on board will be made on the day by the Skipper.

7. If you are booking a half day trip (5 Hour), please select start times from the following windows: 6 - 7am, or 1 - 2pm. This is to ensure our skipper has an hour around midday to get the boat ready for the next trip. You may contact us the night before your trip to see if another booking has come in for that day, and if not we are happy to be fully flexible with the start time.

"FISH" Packages

1. We have a maximum of 6 people aboard for our "FISH" Trips.

2. Fishing gear is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

3. Bait and Ice are included via an additional surcharge for the "FISH" Packages. This is $70 for our 5 hour package and $100 for our 8 hour package. You may bring your own in addition to that provided if you have a particular favourite.

4. Fish filleting is not included in the price, this is something you must arrange after your trip. If you would like assistance in this area, please allow to complete your booking an hour early so that Luke has trip time available back at the berth to assist you with this, or you can arrange to pay overtime at the boat rate for this service ($100/hr for 8 hour trips, $150/hr for 5 hour trips).

5. Species limits are always observed. We have a maximum take of 20 fish per person per day regardless of species. Remember it's not about catching your limit, it's about limiting your catch. Enough for a feed, and getting out there and enjoying the experience.

"COMBO" Packages

1. We recommend up to 8 people aboard for our "COMBO" Trips. Please ensure there are adequate adults to ensure safety on board for any children. We request a minimum ratio of 2 adults for every 3 children but please call to discuss as necessary.

2. Fishing gear is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

3. Bait and Ice are included via an additional surcharge for the "COMBO" Packages. This is $50 for our 5 hour package and $70 for our 8 hour package. You may bring your own in addition to that provided if you have a particular favourite.

"EXPLORE" Packages

1. We recommend up to 10 people aboard for our "EXPLORE" Trips. Please ensure there are adequate adults to ensure safety on board for any children. We request a minimum ratio of 2 adults for every 3 children but please call to discuss as necessary.

2. We have a selection of basic snorkelling gear and wetsuits that you are free to choose from but we recommend bringing your own where possible to ensure you get an appropriate size.

3. We have two 10'6 paddleboards and one 17' paddleboard available for use. These are upon request due to available space on the boat.

"BIG GAME FISHING" Package

1. We have a maximum of 6 people aboard for our "BIG GAME FISHING" Trips.

2. Fishing gear is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

3. Bait and Ice are included in this trip price.
